It was nice to have a print sheet of the images, with the right dimensions and directions for use, immediately after the order. Since I ordered the night before the passport appointment, I used the virtual print sheet in a print shop which was very handy. It’s also incredibly nice that I could use my phone to take the images myself. However, it is indicated that shipment is within 24 hours so one is under the impression that the images would be delivered within 24 hours which wasn’t the case for me. I received the images almost 4 weeks after my order, so i guess one ought to plan in advance but it would be nice if one is informed of when the would receive the images. All the same, am thankful for the virtual images.
